Why Would Scott McClellan Get in Bed with George Soros?

By Tammy Bruce
FOX News Political Contributor/Radio Talk Show Host

When the news about Scott McClellan’s Bush-bashing book hit the proverbial fan I noted on my radio program that the timing and content were strange enough we would inevitably learn of ‘other factors’ being involved in the creation of this book. After all, it is indeed a bizarre situation to destroy so many personal relationships with nothing more than speculation on discussions behind closed-doors; admissions of being kept out of the White House loop (but then commentary and accusation that could only come from someone in the loop) and irrelevant declarations of personal opinions about the war in Iraq and the aftermath of Katrina.

Keep in mind, I’m no fan of President Bush, but someone should remind Scott that the analysis of a mediocre White House press secretary about world events isn’t quite as relevant as the opinions of the Commander-in-Chief, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the international intelligence community and our own Congress — whether liberals like it or not.

Now, less than 24 hours after the announcement of the 300+ pages of pontifications worthy of tabloid hysteria, one of the ‘other factors’ has already been exposed. The Web site Little Green Footballs one of the world’s most widely read blogs, has uncovered the stealth publisher of McClellan’s Linda Blair moment in print— none other than leftist ideologue George Soros.

Why McClellan would get into bed with Soros is now the question.

Karl Rove and so many others note that this is not the Scott they knew. Perhaps it literally isn’t. For me, the Soros/McClellan connection indicates a far more nefarious relationship and serious situation and whatever would drive McClellan in that astoundingly odious direction is the real and relevant human interest story. After all, the activities in the White House and all that he condemns now certainly wasn’t bothering him enough to resign at the time.

Soros must be happy with the response to the McClellan book. What won’t make him happy is the realization that Barack Obama is the national Ned Lamont. Oh sure, you may be able to become the “Candidate of Moonbat” choice (barely) as the Soros-Gestapos found in Connecticut. You might even get Democrat leadership to carry your water. The American people, however, are a very different group. And as Soros found out in 2000, 2004 and in Connecticut 2006, we’re not buying anything he, or his finger-puppets, have to sell.

It’s funny how every opinion in this forum section is a radical right-wing opinion. Fox News continues its roll as the mouthpiece of the Republican party.

How about discussing the specific contents of Scott’s book instead of steering the conversation to Soros, which Ms. Bruce so resourcefully brought about with her weighted subject line, or steering it to Clinton, or to cash/revenge motives, oh….and people’s grammar. Doing this only confirms what Scott said. There is too much hatred and vitriol and partisan bickering, and “got-cha” tactics going on.

Scott stated he’s a centrist and wrote the book to try to create conversation about what went wrong, how citizens and representatives of the same can come to together to make things better. Kudos to Scott that in his retrospection and assessment he’s voicing his opinion through this book in hopes of creating dialogue on what could improve and what might bring about a better “culture” in Washington. He’s not taking a partisan liberal or conservative line in the book nor in his opinions so why bring up the “perceived “Soros” factor and make it partisan. There are just as many “conservative” supported books, among other supported media conduits that are on the conservative side. So what? It doesn’t change the message.

All that seems to be going on here is the same old fight. Have at it I guess.

Funny, so many people calling McClellan a sleaze, a slimeball, a turncoat…

But not a WORD about the inaccuracy or invalidity of his claims.

That the guy is scum (he DID apologiuze for Bush for years) is irrelevant. That his claims are unassailable isn’t. Instead of looking so closely at what a not nice person he is, perhaps we should take a closer look at his claims, and how Bush has escaped impeachment thus far.

ACCOUNTABILITY!

Soros wants our government gone. McClellan is a sleaze and did it for money. What a little back stabber. I hope he got his 30 pieces of silver. Makes you wonder why Soros wants Obama in office so badly! With Wright, Ayers, Phleger, Farrakhan, his wife and on and on……………Does Soros really think Americans will forget all this in Nov.? He said he plans on a 40 million dollar campaign of smear ads against J. McCain . McCain needs to learn to Challange Obama on everything! Obama can only speak if he’s scripted. He’s afraid of FOX, and can’t answer any questions about his stand on anything, because he doesn’t have one unless Soros tells him what it is.130 times of voting present, not yes or no, but present. Hillary has more guts in her little finger than Obama in his whole body! He would be a puppet for a dictatorship! Right here in America! UNBELIEVABLE! So, Soros will pay people off and try to buy the office for Obama. I know J. McCain is not a true conservative, but it’s straight rep. ticket for me and all my family in Nov. Obama is scary and would be to all if they open their eyes! For McCain: We need to drill our own oil and build more refineries 30 yrs. ago. Then we wouldn’t be where we are now! At the mercy of the East for oil. Iraq needs to be won and that’s happening, now a fair [to all] immigration policy, not amnesty. Americans just want people legal so we can keep track of them and they can pay taxes like all of us. No national healthcare that would be worse than our hospitals closing because of all the ILLEGALS. Let’s put together a system to do this and secure our borders and our laws. Pick your V.P. with care, and get off Al Gore’s global warming junk,None of which has been proven. If McCain wants republican votes, he needs to address these issues and more, or it’s possible less will vote at all. Move-on counts on playing dirty , so this is a wake-up to republicans and independents , and the ones that are watching Hillary lose to a puppet. I ‘m sure Obama agrees with Wright and all the rest! Quitting now? Way too little and Way TOO LATE!!!!!!!! G.D. AMERICA?????? NO>>>>>>>>GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for bringing up Richard Clarke because he is really is applicable to this discussion.

Yes, I remember him very well (so well I spell his name correctly). He was the so-called ‘terrorism czar’ (chief counter-terrorism adviser on the U.S. National Security Council) appointed by Bill Clinton. Next to the president, the man most responsible for keeping America safe before 9/11.

Like McClellan, Clarke was identified after sufficient observation to be incompetent to hold the post to which he was asssigned. Clarke was demoted, McClellan was ‘forced to resign’.

Both Clarke and McClellan published a book trashing the administration in which they worked and betrayed those who offered them their trust. Both were seething losers looking for revenge, but Clarke had another motivation for writing his pathetic screed. Clarke was trying to avoid responsibility (and possible consequences) for his obvious failures.

In the sub-year span of the new Bush Administration prior to 9/11, it could not have nearly as much impact on our counter-terrorism readiness as Clinton appointees. Moreover, the approval of Bush counter-terrorism appointees by Carl Levin until 7/11.

It is a bitter pill of reality for some (especially Clarke) to swallow that the American people were let down and left vulnerable by the Clinton administration and especially Clarke; and thanks to the whitewash that was the 9/11 Commission, comprised of the very architects of our failed National Security, Intelligence and investigative apparatus, no one has been called to account, especially Richard Clarke. Clarke should have been made to pay a price for what amounts to, at the very least incompetence, and worse criminal negligence for enabling 9/11 to be possible.

In a perfect world, Richard Clark, instead of being allowed to write a scurrilous mia-non-culpa and do a book tour while grieving 9/11 widows were still making funeral arrangements for their husbands; would pay restitution to the 9/11 families or at least be stripped of his pension and other lifelong taxpayer funded perks for not doing the job we paid him to do.

Also, in a perfect world, Scott McClellan wouldn’t receive a penny for his revenge-motivated piece of pulp and would be charged with treason for passing along half-truths and weakening our resolve to fight terrorism.

We have seen his kind before and sadly, will again.

So, the nebulous connection between McClellan and Soros is nefarious but the connection between the Bush adminstration and the White House is entirely a matter of serial coincidences?
Ruburt Murdoch, a far more powerful tycoon in terms of the media than Soros will ever dream of being, has seen hired hand Tony Snow go smoothly from FOX NEWS to the same position in the Bush administration McClellan held and then, after years of carrying water for said administration [and all those cozy exclusive interviews] he [ Murdoch] is kind enough employ the Architect of the serial disasters that have plagued the country for the past 8 years, Karl Rove, to provide fair and balanced coverage of the 2008 campaign.
In any event, let us hope that Rove does for FOX what he did for the country—–

Scott is a weasel. Good luck ever getting a job where his employer felt he had to trust him.

Comment by Doug

There are no new revelations about the working of the Bush administration from the portions of the book that have been widely discussed that haven’t been largely assumed my the majority of Americans before. It is only that Scott was an inner circle Texas based trusted associate of the President that makes the claims now even harder to dismiss. Were his motivations to make a quick buck? Perhaps. Will he pay a price from Bush loyalists. Clearly.

What I find most interesting is that almost universal lack of challenges to the accuracy of the claims made in his book, only anger and personal attacks directed at the messenger at his breach of loyalty.

This McClellan thing is a joke. Just another liberal tool so they can all pat each other on the backs.

In recent history “building our reputation around the world” means we have a government that lets the US get used like a tool around the world. I don’t know about you but that is not something I am too concerned with. We can go back to a “good Clinton economy” which means an overblown consumer bubble priming other economies like China and India as we become “too good” and “too prosperous for petty things like manufacturing. But as long as people can buy their iPhones and iPods they’re happy.

Going into Iraq may have been misguided, but pulling out would be disasterous. I wouldn’t use the democrats’ conduct of their last 2 wars as guidance for answers. Just some food for thought how everything is always Bush’s fault and the democrats are so much better.

Somalia - Go there for appearance’s sake. Pull out when it becomes politically difficult and leave the country in chaos for a couple decades.

Serbia - Start bombing civilian targets such as power stations to force out the country’s leadership. Then start being attacked by the very people you were there to defend.

Wow! Samantha really knows how to hit the bushies hot button. Tell it like it is and they will squirm.
McClellan may not be the patriot some would like to portray him but the inside information he has given about the Bush administration will help the country in the long run. If you do not confront your mistakes, you cannot correct them…and we have a lot to correct. About 70% of the population thinks so.

Comment by Mike

Mclellan did not tell us anything in that book that any reasonable honest educated American patriot did not already know. The only hope a true American would have at this point is that it helps fule a criminal investigation against the bush/cheny administration.
If you dont love America, or you are uneducated, then by all means attack Scott, but do NOT blindly follow the lies that come from this whitehouse time and time again….!

PUT DOWN THE COOL-AID !

Comment by Joe Starbuck

While the question was answered brilliantly, may I offer just one addition?

GREED. Money was probably the prime motivator, preceding any “constitutional” loyalty. Scott’s head should be lowered in utter shame, but his feet is probably dancing as he anticipates solid returns on such an investment.

Respectfully,
Joe

What concerns me more than McClellan’s pursuit of fame and fortune is how gullible many Americans are and how quickly they assume that a published story is “the truth”. Read between the lines people! McClellan’s mother didn’t get Pres. Bush’s endorsement when she ran for public office and this is payback (and a paycheck). So McClellan decides to fabricate stories about meetings he never even attended. Pres. Bush has always done what he thinks is right rather than what is popular with the liberal press. Scott McClellan can never make the same assertion.

Hello !!!!!!!! This is just one of what will be many books, articles, movies about how a bunch of self centered arogant and greedy people pushed an agenda that has left the USA broke.
Who’s reputation is diminished in the eyes of the world.
Do you not see that the Bush administration has let the American people down.
Americans have to work harder now to get less while a few get richer with more.
There security is not better than before 9/11 and the men and women who have paid the price of the war are and will be paying for it for the rest of their lives.
Has Mr Bush done anything that will be remembered as something that enhanced society.
There is a lot of spin going on in reaction to the book.
It just re enforces my belief that Mr Bush and his backers have not or ever will cars about the people the represent.

AFRICAN tribes sold AFRICANS to the dutch and british traders, NOT Americans. exposing a federal agent? where? when? facts please. oh plame? the soviets knew she was covert when clinton was governor of arkansas. further, by sending her husband on the trip to africa-without authorization, she de-facto gave up any covert status she had remaining.

Attack the messenger. Smear, smear, smear. You don’t just think McClellen is an ordinary person who feels a greater alliegence to the american people than some idiot politician. He was not saying there was no case we was saying that Bush cherry picked the intelligence and downplayed the ifs and buts. But it seems easier to believe that he is a secret communist disciple of that arch villian Soros. Why not carry on about Mellon Scaife who funds the dangerous Intelligent Design Institute amongst other anti-american ventures. Not to mention the hosts of other confused right wing billionaires that sponsor right wing nuttery. Also your source Little Green footballs is an extreme right wing site and widely read by wingnuts only.

Don, you hit the nail on the head! I usually don’t read blogs, but maybe I should do so more often. It is astounding to me that so many people still support President Bush despite overwhelming evidence of his incompetency and mismanagement. McClellen says nothing new, but it seems that quite a number of Americans (remember them?) don’t want to face the reality of of the need to re-unify this country. I am sick (and tired!) of the screeching accusations of BOTH parties. We’re going to need ALL of us to rebuild this country and make it respectable again. The Bible tells us that the ” meek” shall inherit the Earth, but sometimes I think that the stupid will inherit what’s left of this home of ours.

Lets all just face it: McClellan is a professional mouthpiece. He will say whatever his master instructs him to say. He has just switched employers. He was a creep before, and is just continueing to be his natural self now.

I wonder how long it will take Soros to figure out that the guy aint worth a crap. OH! Wait. I forgot. Soros is a meglomaniac who thinks he should run the world.

Comment by Joe Wenger

If McClellan has shown that his friends and employer shouldn’t have trusted him, why now should we.

Motive gives meaning to every situation — In his position was he really close enough to know any of these things first hand or are these lagely his opinions? Was this done for the public good? Was it done for personal gain? Why was it done? I am afraid, based on his position, this book is largely his opinion and as such would be a product of his skills and intellect so far shown, which seems to me to be not much.

To my nose this book and it’s timing smells, and he appears to me a very small man with even smaller abilities based on the excerpts I have heard.

This book changes nothing, those who dislike Bush will embrace it, and those who like Bush will denounce it….and in my opinion Mr McClellan has found his dubious place in history as an fired press secretary and an untrustworthy associate, who has just removed all doubt about his dismissal.

Comment by Jim Simpson

I’m not a fan of George Soros but, just like Sheila Jackson Lee or Ted Kennedy they are passionate in their beliefs. The Republican politicians are not nearly as affective. Why is it that Republicans can’t convey their core beliefs ?

All of you one sided crooks need to take a pill. Obama can’t screw the country up more than Bush already haS. Take the blinders off and see what is really going on in the world. Do you have a problem because Scott McClellan is man enough to tell the truth or because you don’t want to hear the truth. This man had more access to Bush than Mrs. Bruce will ever get that’s why she’s here writing this column. Bush has been lying to this country since he’s been in office. The only thing he and Chaney are interested in is their bank accounts. Isabel if Obama can’t win in November why do I smell fear on your and Mrs. Bruce breathe. If he can’t win than he’s a non issue, Right?
Now to grandpa McCain he’s so stupid he visited Iraq several time and still don’t have a clue about what going on. The only non issue here is fox news and the idiots who refuse to see what crap McCain and the rest of the Republican party is. I think both party’s need a over haul because neither of of them speak for the people anymore, but if I had to choose it wouldn’t be Republicrooks.

“Politics doth make fools of us all”. There are a few well thought comments posted here but most seem to be remarks made by people controlled by their political dogma. To most who like or support Bush Scott is a traitor, to most who hate Bush he is a patriot. What this really shows us is that most Americans are too stupid to govern themselves. Look around, the condition this country is in is not the government’s fault, be it democratic or republican, it your fault the voter and non voter alike. Until you can get over republican or democrat liberal or conservative and be more concerned about this country than some political party that doesn’t give a damn about you except for your vote we will continue to be a nation divided against itself. One more point, the term neo-con is the most misused term in the english language. most who use it shows their stupiudity because they think all who aren’t liberal is a neo-con. The neo conservative movement was started by some liberals who grew disenchanted with liberalism. They became conservative on some issues but could not give up liberalviews on other issues. They are not well respected by conservatives, and are venomously hated by liberals as traitors. The term neo-con is seldom if ever used by a true conservative, only by liberals.

Timmerman’s book, Shadow Warriors, clearly spells out the type of subterfuge behavior by those of the liberal bent and appeasement types who worked hand-in-hand to thwart the administration. Despite what the President thought of as attempting to “cross party lines”, he instead made a rod for his own back which has come back to strike and bite at every opportunity, moment of weariness and chance of dismantling his policies.

The President should have made the choice to remove as much of the Clinton administration as possible upon taking office, this will be, in historical reference, one of the most egregious flaws of action which may have created a more stable administration and presidency.

Oh, Scott is a dog. He was a buffoon from the beginning. He’s lacking in confidence, decorum, ability to speak before the public, has no ability to speak extemporaneously and is a coward.

Brent Wood — how did a discussion on McClellan’s book being published by Soros turn into a rant on race on your part? Conservative means I’m for reducing the size of government which will save tax dollars. It does not mean I’m a racist! It also means I believe all people — no matter what color — if given the right tools can succeed. I believe in “Give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.” Conservative also means I believe the United States is the greatest country in the world even though we have sinned against each other. If people like you (and those flamboyant ministers) keep turning all discussions into bitter tirades about the racial injustices people have suffered over the years, Obama will certainly lose in November — not just because he is black, but because no one will trust what he will do to make “America pay for raping people of color” as that priest screamed from the pulpit…

There is no loyality when it comes to money, and I would bet my money on George Soros being behind it, and Scott either needed money, or revenge for something. In response to Brent Woods. Blacks Latinos and others have prospered more in this country than in their country of origin. As for as this country being built the only essential populace were Europeans who had the time, talent and treasure to biuld the cities, the industrial complex and everything else that we enjoy in this great land. The fact is this country would have been biult and be just as prosperous without a single slave. This is the reason that the northern U.S. was so far ahead industrially, educationally, culturally and militarily than the south. As far as Bush’s or any President’s legacy goes I could care less. I do, however care about my country. This is why I could never vote for either of the 2 fabian socialist, closet marxist candidates named Hillary or Obama. And in regard to Scott M.’s book: read it if U want to, if not don’t.

This is a very brave man and a hero, history will remember him well, he came out against an administration that forgot they worked for the American People knowing full well he would feel their wrath, which he is.
Most of the Republicans used the White House, the Senate and the House as they would have some college frat-house, some used the positions given them for big donations to increase their own wealth. Still others used it to settle old scores, abroad and at home.. They told the nation they would bring world democracy, peace and equality for all people no matter their religion, sex, race or station in life…
Instead they brought fear to America and never let it wane, they knew a nation in fear would do whatever they wanted and what they wanted was more war, by invading Iraq they shifted focus from the real criminal in Afghanistan to a man who ruled a country full of oil, a man who some of these same men had been best friends and business partners with not so long ago. Why did it change?
Millions of Americans are still trying to figure it out. Now here we sit, finally about to hear from the inside .. Finally we might hear an answer or two, to the many questions millions of Americans have been wanting to know..
But the other side is gathering, slowly trying to discredit the one and only man who was brave enough to speak up….
I have been wondering why so many Republican elders are speaking out? And with such anger? Is it our of fear? Maybe they are trying to cause a diversion so they can disappear? Makes me wonder how much damaging stuff this guy knows and lets face it there are many more rats on this ship, that started to sink long ago, who haven’t been convicted of or charged with some crime.
Scott McClellon is a hero, anytime a person goes against the norm to bring truth and justice or at least the possibility of some form of his truth to let others decide, is at the very least extremely courageous.. Especially after watching this backlash the poor guy is facing.
What is funny about it all, is many of the republican bigwigs are saying stuff like loyalty, backstabbing, honor etc. But they are referring to themselves and not our country. It is entirely self preservation, not loyalty to country ..
You can’t help but noticed others calling him a this or that in the media, and gentlemen who you would think are a bit more mature than to resort to such a high school response. Calling him names, as if they were in their teens, when in fact most of the ones making these comments are closer to their 60s and 70s. And if we were to look closer we might find that they are the same immature boys who for the past 8 plus years have lived in the “Frat-house” in D.C., the good ole boys club, call it what you will, it is one in the same.
Some don’t want change, they speak of it constantly, its the new buzz word I guess, but truthfully they don’t like change, change means they could lose the power they hunger for which defines who they are and as we have seen in the media they will fight for it all cost, even if it means resorting to calling old friends names. Change can be very scary especially to the older white males in D.C. who have controlled practically everything for such a long time.
That change, be it the first African American president, the first female president or either of them would be the first if they were Vice President too, however it works out they will both be FIRST. Some think this might be our last chance to fix this mess our nation has languished in for a long time … I think all Americans before voting in November, should just took a good look back at the past 8 years …Then look at the past decade or so of republican control in the House and Senate…
Where are we as a nation? Are you proud of what we are doing, who we have become? Are you proud of who we have become as a nation around the world?
We all witnessed disasters of unimaginable size and cost to our country, the wars then Katrina and Rita, were you proud of your leaders and how they handled these, or were you filled with shame and disbelief like most Americans?
Will you tell your children you were part of the solution that helped change this …or part of the problem that was afraid of any change that might have helped?
Will you act to help, or will you quietly sit by, hope and pray that another, anyone, will follow and act for you…?
Voting matters more than at any other time in our country’s history, we learned this in 2000 what a few votes one way or the other could mean. That should never happen again..
Our future should never be decided by judges and politicians..
And if there are others who put America ahead of the good ole boy ways and wants to speak out, he should be honored as a hero, and not called childish names and harassed by men he grew up admiring for their service to our nation….
Sometimes the reality of who people are and what we believe them to be are as different as night and day ….We learn that during challenging times, but keep the faith Mr. McClellon I am sure many will want to know you and call you friend …….

It wasn’t very long ago that McClellan’s mother ran against long-time establishment candidate and sitting incumbent Texas Governor, Rick Perry. (He was the successor to Geo. W. Bush in Austin, and a very popular governor here in Texas when “W” left to run for President.) Rick Perry handily beat McClellan’s mom in a land-slide victory. She should have known better….

Did McClellan REALLY think that the good old boys would abandon one of their own anointed brothers and embrace HIS MOM? WHY? Because he was one of the White House Press Secretaries and that commanded some twisted form of loyalty? SHA-RIGHT! He is a total sell-out, and I don’t believe a single word of the garbage in his “book…” (term used loosely.) It’s all about the $$$, as always…but where will the guy run and hide now? He won’t be very welcome here in the Lone Star State, that’s for sure. There’s not ONE SHRED OF PROOF given for any of his “assertions” in that tabloid rag-mag. What does that tell you? How very sad…

You know that McClellan could not publicly say that he disagree with the President in how they were lying to the American people about invading Iraq (which war was was not legally declared). Privately if he had said it for sure the White House would have put a spin on it as far as when and why he was dismissed. For him to put it in a book is perfectly fine and has nothing to do with being a traitor. If you want a traitor look at Cheney and Rove for blowing the cover of a CIA agent and put others in jepordy because they did not like some disagreeing with them on why the war was a farce. Back in 2001 I was a avid viewer of Foxnews, you guys have sunk t scum low.

Just to add some information that is very likely relevent, Scott’s mom ran for Governor here in Texas this year and lost. Seems she has been mad at the Bush family ever since losing because they chose not to endorse her. It was reported today she made a comment as to how proud she is of her son for his book. Hell hath no fury like a woman’s scorn? Could this be Carol Keaton Strayhans doing. Sure sounds like it to this Texans.

Ron Loving’s comments verify that you can not trust the people in power to tell you the truth, Republicans or Democrats. They all lie to get their way. You can only hope that they have the good of the country and the world, as a whole, in their hearts and minds.
Roosevelt wanted to go to war to save Britain (our mother country) from the Nazis, but he new that could not happen unless the USA was attacked. Once attacted by Japan the “Europe first, Japan second” policy was adopted.
McArthur wanted to invade China. Truman did not want to involve the USA in a war with a 13 million man Chinese army nor risk an atomic war with the USSR so he relieved McArthur. Truman knew such an act against a hero like McArthur would cost him the election so he did not run again.
The most honest modern administration was probably Ike’s, but we all remember “Ticky” Dick Nixon and his deceptions. Many thought the Republican party was through after him.
Yes Bush2 lied and deceived the American public like many presidents before him, but the question to ask is “did the end justify the means?”
I think not
- conservative Republicans manged to achieve their dream of a balanced budget, Bush2 cut taxes and unbalanced it.
- we imprison people “without due process” and have turtured some to death; this is not the image of America that I grew up with.
- the administration can not explain the war in Iraq other than Sadam was a bad man.
- the admistration spies on we Americans without the warrnts required by the Constitution.
- why did the administration expose it’s own secret agent, was it just because they did not like her husband?
-The city of New Orleans almost went out of existance because of Federal Gov. inaction.
To use a Raganism I feel that we are not better off than before George Bush2.

There will certainly be consequences of a higher power for Scott M’s betrayal. Its a sad choice that he made, but God’s Ole Party (hehe) won’t be set back! We are turning the corner and we are cautiously optimistic!

I must say, this election season does bring out strange bedfellows. Geraldine Ferraro and Hillary Clinton in collusion with Karl Rove and Bill O’Reilly, isn’t as surprising as McClellan, I admit, but still interesting and much more informative than a couple of old bat’s from the 60’s, trying to win their self centered place in History.

Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayres, none will sound as ‘hateful’ and ‘racist’ as Hannity, Rove. I keep hearing everyone there is Catholic, believe me I know about the ‘Catholic’ Faith and the sickness it causes. The worse part is the Rule of Law by God….to all his followers, do not do what these professed Catholics do, or say what they say, but, they do want you to know they are Catholic…’entitlement’ comes with that too.

You see, Hannity….it isn’t up to you to judge other’s, God does that alone. You are not as great as he. So spare everyone your spew. I disagree with your self absorbed ideas of Obama. Obama has a movement in many countries, many state’s, many heart’s. He appears a true Christian, with only one God, one savior, and one spirit (active force).

You may feel grandiose, but believe me, your really no different than any other radical blowhard. When Bush / Clinton have done everything possible to hurt, not only American’s, but many, many countries, with their wars and crimes…..we will get justice. Until then, we go through the motions, hoping each day, someone decent will reign over America and help other countries, not damage them mortally.

There we go again. So no commentary on the content of the book( which doesn’t contain anything new,of course Bush and his cronies are incompetent and untruthful), but a commentary on Soros??? and Obama??? Nice job! Who are you affiliated with, Carl Rove?

Comment by Eman Noname

Couldn’t it be that Scott M. had a moment of lucidity after his years in the White House, being lied to and having been forced to lie on behalf of the Bush crew? Why does it immediately have to be about “getting in bed with Soros”? It’s the height of idiocy to jump to a half-baked conclusion, one on par with the “truth about 9-11″ crowd at that.

Just on the basis of the tell all books and the high level defections this is one of the most inept / verging on treasonous administrations in the history of this country.

Add the Scott M. book to the gigantic stack denouncing these people. How much proof do you need for something you already know?

In Walter Lord’s book “Day of Infamy” we see documented the fact that Democrats in the Senate knew Pearl Harbor was coming…and did nothing. In another book Duskov Popov (an alias) tells of his life as an agent who dicovered the Japanese were planning to attack Pearl, and he gave that information to Ian Fleming of the Mercury News Service who sent him to see J. Edgar Hoover. Roosevelt did nothiong with ther data.
When Douglas McArthur was winning in Korea, the Democratic President fired him.
Modern information now reveals that LBJ lied to Americans about our ships being attacked in the Gulf of Tonkin, in order to get us into Viet Nam.
A Clinton man, George Tenet, gave Bush and Congress data re Sadam that contributed to our invasion.
And now this man’s book purports to try and scapegoat years of betrayal of trust by the Democrats, and turn the public against the President.

You guys aren’t calling Scooter Libby, Rove or Bush
a traitor…why? Exposing a federal agent sounds like
a traitor to me. Treason actually!
When will conservatives learn, conservatives are supposed to pave the way
for all to benifit. Does that sound like you guys? Over the years rich
conservatives have manipulated poor conservatives(most of you guys)to be
racist and close minded. Self indulgence is your guys master now! Know one
else matter but America right? You guys always talk about morals on this board
but I don’t see any. To hell with all others races right.
